Joining this 21 Day Qigong and Yoga challenge is about more than just movement; it’s about harnessing your own vital energy to support those who are losing theirs.

 

As you cultivate and nurture your own health each day through the challenge, every breath you take and every move you make helps provide essential care, and funds ground-breaking research for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) community. It’s a powerful way to turn your personal wellness journey into a lifeline for others.

How it works.

You simply donate what you can afford to the just giving page. By clicking HERE. Then use the zoom link below to join the 10 minute class each morning., from 1st to 21st August. Its an early rise with a start time of 7.30 am uk time. Those not able to make it at that time or if you miss a session. each day I will post the recording of the session on the page below
