Self-compassion and self-care might not be on your radar, and you might approach exercise with the same "no pain, no gain" mindset you had in your twenties.

Many of you will have treated your bodies over the years very much like Basel Fawlty treats his car.

But what if there's more to ageing well? What if making a few simple tweaks to your health beliefs, mindset, and type of exercise could lead to a greater sense of balance and well-being?

The Budapest Retreat offers you a space to reflect on what might be possible with these changes. It's not about abandoning what has served you well, but rather about adding elements to your routine that can enhance your overall health as you age.

Enjoy the Gellert Bath, where you can indulge in swimming, sauna sessions, hot/cold baths, steam rooms, and even a relaxing massage.

Explore the stunning countryside around Budapest through guided hikes and walks, or venture into the city itself for a mix of culture, history, and great food and drinks.

Through these gentle movements, you'll improve flexibility, balance, and strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Emphasizing breathwork, you'll learn techniques to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
