
Breathwork and Meditation Challenge

I will be shortly inviting you to join me live in my daily breathwork and meditation practice. This is an opportunity to kick start a healthy habit.
No previous experience is required, just a willingness to literally ‘feel’ better. The practice will be done in sitting. It will last 12 days.
